WINDOWS 7 PROFESSIONAL SP1

Note: The Windows 7 .iso files are very large (~4 GB each) and require the use of high speed internet to download.
• If you have a Windows 7 DVD, instead download the correct Service Pack 1 file and install this immediately after installing Windows 7.
• Note you will need the full .iso file if planning on switching from 32 bit Windows 7 to 64 bit Windows 7.
These .iso files are the disc images Digital River would send out to customers purchasing Windows 7 and have nothing else added.
Note: If you do not know what .iso file to pick from, look at the base of your system: It will most likely be Windows 7 Home Premium. It will only be different if you opted for a system with Windows 7 Professional or Windows 7 Ultimate.
Next check how much memory your system has. Download the 64 bit file if you have a computer with 4 GB of RAM or more or if you plan to upgrade your RAM to 4 GB or superior. If you have 2 GB of RAM or less then take the 32 bit file.
Before proceeding ensure that Dell provides 32 bit Vista or Windows 7 drivers for use with installing 32 bit Windows 7 and likewise that Dell  provides 64 bit Vista or Windows 7 drivers for use with installing 64 bit Windows 7. These may be found on the Dell Drivers and Downloads page. Drivers for non-Dell systems must be found elsewhere.
